FAQ

Questions studios ask us.

Who owns the TikTok account?

You do. We create it with your game's name and hand over full login access whenever you want, including if you cancel.

Do I need to get on calls?

No. Onboarding is a form, and day-to-day communication happens on Discord or email. You can send update notes whenever they're ready.

What do you need from me?

Your game link, logo, a few screenshots or clips if you have them, and your update notes before each release. We record extra gameplay ourselves.

When do the first videos go live?

Usually within 7 days of receiving your onboarding form.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your billing portal. Changes apply from the next billing period. We don't refund a period that has already started.

Do you guarantee a number of views or players?

No one can honestly guarantee that on TikTok. We guarantee the number of videos in your plan, posted on schedule, plus clear reports so you can see what's working.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure checkout, in USD. PayPal and bank transfer are available on request.

I'm under 18. Can I sign up?

A parent, guardian or your studio needs to purchase the plan and accept the terms. We only contract with adults or registered companies.

Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OnlyBlox is a trading name of [your full name], a self-employed professional registered in Spain with tax ID (NIF) [NIF], address [address]. Contact: onlyblox2026@outlook.com.

2. The service

OnlyBlox creates and publishes short-form video content and manages social media accounts for video games on Roblox, as described in the plan the client purchases. The number of videos, platforms and reports included in each plan is listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchase on behalf of a registered company, to buy a plan. If the game's developer is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase and accept these terms on their behalf.

4. Payment and billing

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or quarterly).
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Work for a billing period begins once payment for that period is received.
Prices may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the service until then. Because work starts at the beginning of each period, payments for a period that has already started are not refundable, except where required by law.

6. Ownership of accounts and content

Social media accounts created for your game belong to you. We will hand over full access on request and when the service ends.
Once a billing period is paid, you own the videos published on your accounts during that period.
You confirm you have the rights to the game, names, logos and assets you provide, and you allow us to use them to produce content for you.
Unless you opt out in writing, we may mention your game and share aggregated results as a portfolio example.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide update notes, assets and access we reasonably need, and to respond to content approval requests within the agreed time. Delays on your side may reduce the number of videos we can publish in a period, without a refund for that period.

8. Results

We commit to delivering the content included in your plan. We do not guarantee specific numbers of views, followers or players, which depend on platform algorithms outside our control.

9. Platform rules

All content follows the rules of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Roblox. We may refuse to publish content that breaks those rules or the law. We are not responsible for actions platforms take on their own.

10. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that are competent under applicable law.
